Kay-Ann is an experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist with a strong clinical background in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and Pilates-based rehabilitation. She graduated with a BSc. in Physiotherapy from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica in 2013, and has since expanded her expertise through advanced certifications and postgraduate education. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and a Certificate in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of Montana. Kay-Ann is also certified in Dry Needling and is a Certified Kinesiology Taping Technician (CKTT).
In addition, she has completed Levels 1–3 of pelvic floor rehabilitation training, allowing her to effectively treat conditions such as urinary urgency, frequency, incontinence (including post-surgical or post-partum), and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. Kay-Ann has worked in a variety of settings, including research in stroke rehabilitation and outpatient clinics, and is skilled in integrating Pilates principles into her therapeutic approach. She currently serves as our Lead Physiotherapist in her community-based role, where she continues to advocate for functional movement, patient-centered care, and active rehabilitation.
Outside of her clinical work, Kay-Ann enjoys hiking, exploring nature trails, and maintaining an active lifestyle—leading by example for both her patients and peers.
